Draft — effective September 28, 2026Wundaful helps studios run their front desk. That means we handle information about studio owners and their clients. Here is what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.
What we collect
From studios: your name, studio details, contact information and billing details for your subscription.
From your clients, on your behalf: names, phone numbers, email addresses, bookings, packages, invoices and the messages they exchange with your studio's Wundaful number.
From this website: basic, privacy-friendly analytics (pages viewed, referrer, device type). We don't use advertising cookies.
How we use it
To run your studio's front desk: answering texts and emails, scheduling, invoicing, reminders and reports.
To keep the service secure, fix problems and support you when you ask for help.
Your data is never used to train AI models, and we never sell it.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to operate Wundaful — for example hosting, text-message delivery, email delivery and AI processing — under agreements that limit their use to providing the service to us.
We may disclose information if the law requires it. We will tell you when we're allowed to.
Your studio owns its data
Studios control their client records. You can export your data or ask us to delete it at any time.
Clients can reply STOP to any text to stop messages, and can ask their studio or us to access or delete their information.
Security and retention
We protect data with encryption in transit and strict access controls. We keep data while your account is active and delete it after you close your account, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
