Wundaful provides an AI-assisted front desk for studios: scheduling, messaging, invoicing and business reporting. Some features are marked early access or coming soon and may change.

You're responsible for your account, for the accuracy of the information you give us, and for having your clients' permission to text and email them.

Wundaful asks for confirmation before changing bookings or invoices, but you remain responsible for your studio's policies, prices and client relationships.

Plans are billed monthly in advance. There's no annual contract. You can cancel anytime and your plan runs to the end of the paid month. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before any price change.

Don't use Wundaful to send spam, unlawful content, or messages to people who haven't agreed to hear from your studio. We may suspend accounts that put the service or its text-message delivery at risk.

You own your studio's data. Our Privacy page explains how we handle it. You can export it at any time.

We work hard to keep Wundaful accurate and available, but it's provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
